How does the 7-day free trial work?

Email hello@oristrade.com with your TradingView username and which indicator (or bundle) you want to test. No credit card — we review each request and grant invite-only TradingView access case by case, usually within a few hours and always within one business day. After 7 days, purchase a lifetime license with code INTRO at Stripe checkout if you want to keep access, or access ends when the trial period is over.

Is this the same as OrisTrade app subscription?

No. App plans (/pricing) are monthly and unlock the OrisTrade platform, journals, and signal layers. These indicators are a separate one-time purchase for lifetime TradingView access to the Pine scripts only.

What does lifetime access mean?

Accepted Answer

Pay once. You receive TradingView invite access to the script(s) you purchased and every future OrisTrade indicator, research indicator, and strategy we publish — at no additional cost, for life. Updates to scripts you already use are included; new publications are granted to your TradingView username as they launch.

Question 4

Where do I find my TradingView username?

Accepted Answer

In TradingView: Settings → Profile and Privacy → Public Profile → Picture and username → Username. Copy that value before you buy and enter it at Stripe checkout. If it does not match your account, we cannot grant access until you email hello@oristrade.com with the correct username.

How do I get the script after purchase?

Accepted Answer

After checkout we grant invite-only access to the TradingView username you entered. Usually within a few hours, always within one business day. Add each script from TradingView → Indicators → Invite-only.

How do I use the INTRO coupon?

At Stripe checkout, click “Add promotion code” (or similar) and enter INTRO for 75% off any indicator or the bundle. The code must be active in our Stripe dashboard — if checkout rejects it, email hello@oristrade.com and we'll help.

Are the win percentages guaranteed?

No. Published win-rate ranges come from internal Strategy Tester and signal-outcome samples on historical data. They illustrate typical behavior, not a promise of future results.

Can I see what the indicators look like before buying?

Yes. Scroll to “See them on your chart” on this page for chart, panel, and desk screenshots for each product. Images are captured from real TradingView layouts on SPX / ES — what you see is what loads after purchase.

Do I pay again when you release new indicators?

No. A lifetime license includes every future OrisTrade indicator, research indicator, and strategy script we publish on TradingView, at no extra cost. We add invite-only access to your TradingView username as each new script ships.

Can I use these on any symbol?

Accepted Answer

EMA Regime Pro is tuned for SPX 15m. RSI Momentum Desk works on any liquid symbol with a normal RSI panel. Master Confluence Pro is symbol-agnostic but validated on index futures and large caps.

What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@oristrade.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt email or Stripe payment ID. We issue a full refund and revoke TradingView access. No questions asked — we want you to test the indicators on your setup without risk.

How do refunds work after I have TradingView access?

Accepted Answer

Request a refund within 14 days of payment. Once approved, we refund the full amount through Stripe (usually 5–10 business days to your card) and remove invite-only script access from your TradingView account.
