All content, signals, analysis, and information provided by OrisTrade is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. OrisTrade is not a registered investment advisor (RIA) or broker-dealer.

Recurring subscriptions (for example, the ALRE™ Smart Credit Spread Journal at journal.oristrade.com, or future monthly app tiers at /pricing) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as shown at checkout).
You may cancel a subscription according to the instructions on your account or Stripe customer portal. Cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Partial-period refunds for subscriptions are not offered unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
OrisTrade may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Free trials, where offered, are subject to the terms shown at signup (for example, card-not-required trials on the journal).
Separate product. Lifetime TradingView Pine Script indicators sold at oristrade.com/indicators are a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription. They do not include access to the full OrisTrade app, ALRE journal, or signal-engine tiers unless you buy those separately.
Checkout & delivery. Payment is processed by Stripe. At checkout you must provide your exact TradingView username (Settings → Profile and Privacy → Public Profile → Username). We grant invite-only access on TradingView to that username — usually within a few hours, always within one business day. You add scripts from TradingView → Indicators → Invite-only.
Lifetime access. A lifetime license includes invite-only access to the script(s) purchased and, as described on the product page, future OrisTrade indicators and research scripts we publish on TradingView at no additional charge, subject to our right to maintain, update, or retire scripts with reasonable notice.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of payment with your receipt email or Stripe payment ID for a full refund. After a refund is processed, TradingView invite-only access for that purchase is revoked. Refunds typically post to your payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
Promotional codes. Launch pricing codes (for example INTRO) apply only to indicator products at Stripe checkout unless we state otherwise. Codes for other products (for example journal discounts) are not interchangeable unless explicitly offered in writing.
No performance guarantee. Modeled win rates or backtest figures on the site illustrate historical samples only. Indicators are educational tools; they do not execute trades and do not guarantee results.

All content on OrisTrade — including but not limited to signals, indicators, educational material, brand assets, and proprietary algorithms — is the intellectual property of OrisTrade. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrisTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses.
OrisTrade may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
